In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "bat888" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting service operated at bat888.biz and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and features thereof.
• "Player" or "You" means any registered user who holds a verified bat888 account and uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the bat888 registration process.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by bat888 to eligible Players under terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must complete before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process bat888 applies to all accounts prior to processing withdrawals or as required by the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all bat888 transactions are denominated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms accessible from within every bat888 account.

bat888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during your registration or subsequent use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each player may hold one Account only. If bat888 detects duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual — by device, payment method, IP address, name, or other identifying information — bat888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bat888 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you have enabled. bat888 will never contact you to request your password via any channel.

You must notify bat888 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bat888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept current. bat888 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time. Accounts found to contain materially false information will be closed and balances forfeited.

bat888 may, at its sole discretion, place temporary holds on an Account while conducting identity verification, fraud investigations, or responsible gaming assessments. During such holds, withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory resolution.

bat888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. bat888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. bat888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. bat888 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as follows:

bat888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, processing times may be extended. Players will be notified via their registered contact method if additional documentation is required.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been met in full prior to the withdrawal request being submitted. Requests that include unwagered bonus funds will be declined and returned to the Account pending completion of wagering.

bat888 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, subject to individual offer terms communicated at the time of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bat888 bonus offers unless an individual offer's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified Players only. bat888 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Games contributing less than 100% toward wagering will be stated in the offer terms. Free spins winnings typically contribute at a reduced rate.
• bat888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using automated betting strategies, or coordinating play with other accounts.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated household accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in all associated bonus balances being forfeited and accounts being reviewed for closure.

All sports betting on bat888 — including cricket, football, tennis, and UFC — is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the Platform's sportsbook section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet slip is confirmed. bat888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief delay to prevent arbitrage exploitation. bat888 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that result in delayed bet placement during live events.
• Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets on postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled within a stated window.
• Palpable errors in odds — including clearly mispriced lines resulting from data feed failures — may be voided at bat888's discretion. Players who exploit known pricing errors do so in breach of these Terms.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player apply and are published within the sportsbook section. bat888 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Match-fixing and integrity violations: any bet placed with knowledge of a fixed or corrupted outcome will be voided and the Account referred to relevant sporting integrity authorities.

bat888 offers casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games sourced from licensed third-party software providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment streamed in real time.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within each game's information panel. These percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

bat888 accepts no liability for game malfunctions or interruptions caused by third-party software providers or network outages outside bat888's direct control. Where a game malfunction results in a clearly erroneous outcome, bat888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account balance.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. bat888 provides game rules and demo modes for most titles to support informed play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat888 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one bat888 Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the bat888 platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Using the bat888 platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent for third-party bettors.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bat888 customer support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent bat888's responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion periods, by registering a new Account.

All content on the bat888 platform — including but not limited to the bat888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of bat888 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bat888 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No part of the bat888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bat888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, network outages, or game malfunctions outside bat888's direct control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruption to betting markets or casino games caused by third-party software providers.
• Decisions made by Players based on information published on the bat888 platform that is subsequently shown to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

bat888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bat888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

bat888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Players have access to the following tools directly from their Account settings panel, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you how long your current session has been active.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, access to betting and casino features is suspended while your Account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the bat888 platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms.

bat888 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where the Platform's monitoring systems detect patterns associated with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to extended unbroken sessions, rapidly escalating stakes, or repeated failed withdrawal reversals.

bat888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where bat888 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest conduct in relation to their Account or any transaction.
• The Account is being used for money laundering or in connection with any other financial crime.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to bat888's regulatory compliance obligations.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting bat888 customer support. Upon voluntary closure of an Account with a positive real-money balance and no outstanding wagering requirements, bat888 will process a withdrawal to the Player's most recently used payment method following completion of any required KYC checks.

Where an Account is closed by bat888 for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bat888's discretion.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bat888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Players who are residents of Pakistan acknowledge that they access the bat888 platform under the terms of bat888's international gaming licence and that local gambling regulations may vary. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the bat888 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

bat888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bat888 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the bat888 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendments.
